Odyssey Historic Construction is proud to now offer light design services for our customers. Utilizing the latest 3 Dimensional architectural software an Odyssey Representative can provide you with a virtual photo of your new project, whether it be a garage, addition, bathroom or any other construction project at your home. The best part is the design service includes a complimentary estimate!

If you require more detailed drawings or design assistance from a designer or certified architect, we can forward all of the work we have done with you to one of our partner professionals to help satisfy your design needs. When you are ready to move forward with your new plans, they will contact us and we will begin the town or city paperwork filing and schedule a start date for the project.

Basic Design Rates (for projects up to $20,000.00 in estimated value):	$150.00
Design Rates for projects between $20,000.00 and $250,000 in estimated value:	1% of project estimate (i.e. $100,000 project design x .01 = $1,000.00)
Design Rates for projects over $250,000.00 in estimated value:	Contact Us For Pricing
