Odyssey Historic Construction is a full-fledged contracting solution company that can customize the level of service to your needs. In order to maintain a high level of quality, starting April 1st, 2008, Odyssey Historic Construction will put into place an estimate billing schedule. The following prices include applicable fuel surcharges for the average number of meetings per price range. The estimate charge is fully refundable at the time of the contract signing. The proposed schedule is as follows:

Basic Estimate Charge (for projects up to $20,000.00 in estimated value):	$100.00
Estimate Charge for projects between $20,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 in estimated value:	1/2% of project estimate (i.e. $100,000 estimate x .005 = $500)
Estimate Charge for projects over $1,000,000.00 in estimated value:	Call (203) 494 7000 For Pricing

Estimate payment will be due seven days from the delivery of an estimate.
