A beautiful deck designed by Breckman Designs and built by a combined effort from Wilhelm Carpentry and Odyssey Historic Construction.	Here we see the finished deck. Although unviewable here, the two short railing posts actually border a hinged section of the deck that will lift up to reveal the outside entrance to the basement!
This photograph details the upper balcony connected to the second story of the home and overlooking the beautiful Rhode Island coast. The upper balcony employs a system of hidden drainage pipes that flow underneath the roof and directly into the gutter to prevent the upper balcony from flooding.	Notice how the gutter is nestled nicely into the structure to be both aesthetically pleasing and still meet all exterior drainage flow rate regulations.
Here we see the french doors that were installed as part of the deck project to allow access to the new deck from the front living room.	Odyssey Historic Construction has been involved in both the front addition (which is difficult to distinguish because it blends in so well with the house!) and the deck as seen on the right side of the home.
